The MARV Dimple Sunken Seam® combines a dimpled foam surface with sunken seams for consistent pitching machine performance. Compared with the Original Sunken Seam®, the Dimple produces slightly more carry on fastballs and slightly sharper movement on breaking balls.

Pair with Original for swing-decision training

Use both models at a calibrated machine distance to create subtle differences in pitch location. For example, set the Original to cross at the top of the strike zone while the Dimple finishes 1–2 ball widths above it, giving hitters opportunities to practice recognizing strikes and taking pitches outside the zone.

Adjust machine settings and distance to achieve the desired separation.
