The PCS is definitely not a POS! I am very pleased with this product for shoulder recovery and positioning work in older athlete's and training basic core and exercises in young/youth athlete's.

If you have a flatter swing, with no barrel snap toward the catcher as first move, this is a very solid trainer. For a basic swing, flat and linear (traditional PeeWee level swing) this is a GREAT trainer! If you follow the High Level Pattern and hit for power, it may not be for you. Haven’t figured out how to implement it into the HLP yet. If I do, I will post a new review. For beginners? GO FOR IT! Definitely works as advertised!
Greta concept and practical use. Replaces 3 sets of bands in a small package. Only issue with the system is the resistance weight. It seems very light and only practical for smaller athletes, larger high school collegiate level athletes might think it’s not strong enough for them. All in all a great system and simply adding more repitions thoroughly primes the shoulder capsule for strenuous activity
